Dlixanarstrnrax provides professional photography services including:

• Private event photography (weddings, birthdays, corporate events)
• ID and document photography
• Portrait sessions (studio, lifestyle, editorial)
• Personal branding photography

All services are subject to availability and require advance booking. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed. Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit is required to secure your booking date
• Remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session
• Payment methods accepted include cash, credit card, and bank transfer
• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the session date will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session date are non-refundable
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to find an alternative date.

Photograph Delivery

Photographs will be delivered as follows:

• Edited photographs are typically delivered within 7-14 business days
• ID photos are typically delivered within 24 hours
• Photographs are delivered via secure online gallery
• High-resolution digital files are included unless otherwise specified

Rush processing is available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on workload and complexity.

Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs taken by Dlixanarstrnrax are protected by copyright law. Usage rights are as follows:

• You receive a license to use the photographs for personal purposes
• Commercial use requires written permission and may incur additional fees
• We retain the right to use photographs for portfolio and marketing purposes (with your consent)
• You may not edit, alter, or modify the photographs without permission

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when booking
• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
• Obtaining necessary permits or permissions for location shoots
• Informing us of any special requirements or restrictions
• Ensuring all participants have consented to being photographed

Limitation of Liability

Dlixanarstrnrax is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal property during sessions
• Injuries sustained during photography sessions
• Delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
• Technical failures or data loss (though we maintain backups)

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content without permission
• Interfere with the website's functionality
